9Hotel Opera - Paris

This place is great, and offers 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and tv. On my first stay, the staff helped me find local attractions. Special thanks to the friendly receptionist for their really good service. I'm coming back for Christmas!

location really close to train station and galleries la fayette further down road, outside door & metro and many iconic parisian tourist destinations. well-equipped unit with a very charming decor.

Central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Grand Rex Movie Theater. Extremely comfy beds, a small balcony and coffee in the room.

It's not perfect, but It's nice

The location was excellent-right near charming cafes and metro stations. The staff were courteous, and my room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent with tasty options. Just be mindful of the noise from the street. It could be a disruptive factor if you're a light sleeper.

Large rooms, the design was beautiful. The breakfast was great, had great meals.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible, and the bed was small.

I had a great stay! The shower was really nice, and the room was clean and fresh every day. The breakfast was decent, though I hoped for something a bit more unique. I would choose this place again!

Cute hotel which seems to have been refurbished lately. Very accomodating staff, clean and comfortable. Small rooms but normal for Paris.

Location a bit tough to get too by public transport.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent help we received from the receptionist. The rooms were immaculate with extremely comfortable beds. Great location close to Gare Du Nord and ideal for business or leisure guests. Booking the rooom via the internet was quick and easy.

The staff at 9Hotel Opera demonstrated excellent service by efficiently assisting in setting up my business equipment. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport and local dining options. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-designed work desk, which facilitated productivity .

Fab assortment of coffee and fruit for breakfast.

The breakfast area is nice and cosy. Walking distance from Monmartre and Gare du Nord. A lot of chinese massage places near the hotel - ideal after a tiring Paris walk.

The superior room is only slightly bigger than the normal double room.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many attractions and public transport. The staff provided attentive service, which I appreciated . The air conditioning was not functioning properly was great. The noise from the street could be disruptive during the night, so light sleepers should be prepared.

The bed was confortable and the shower was good.

The acustique between the rooms was bad

This hotel is located within easy walking distance of both the river and Montmartre. It was close by two metro stops and even an easy walk to Gare d'Est station. The room had wood floors and was clean. The windows functioned and did a good job at blocking noise when closed. Next door the Hugo Restaurant has very good food. Right at the bottom of the street there is a friendly and delicious bakery so no need to worry about breakfast. A little store across the street has fruit, water, and wine at reasonable prices. No refrigerator in the room

The bed was not a real double bed, it was on rollers and the two singles that were made up to a double by the use of the bedding kept rolling apart during the night. I asked several times for this to be resolved, but it was not. Not very romantic! The bathroom was very small and took some getting used to - they did a good job with the space they had. The way they fit in the shower made it impossible to keep the floor dry during use, but there were plenty of towels so we mopped up after use. The fresh towels they provided daily really were necessary. Despite being a non smoking hotel, we could smell other guests on our floor were smoking. The door was not very soundproof, so we could hear other guests easily if they were not quiet in the hallway.
